Program

NewGen Buy Cars sends text messages to people who ask us for a cash offer on their vehicle. Messages include confirmation of your request, questions and photo requests about the vehicle, your offer, inspection and pickup times, follow-ups about your offer, and a request for a review after we buy your vehicle.

How you opt in

1. Website form. The “Get your cash offer” form is at the top of the home page of newgenbuycars.com. Its first step (“Contact”) has the name and mobile phone fields and, right below them, an optional, unchecked checkbox: “I agree to receive calls and text messages from NewGen Buy Cars (NewGen Financial Services) about my car offer at the number above, including automated and AI-assisted calls and texts. Consent is not a condition of sale. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” We text you only if you check this box. See a screenshot of the form.

2. You text us first. If you send a text message to one of our numbers, we reply to your question about selling your car. Our first reply includes “Reply STOP to opt out.”

We do not text numbers collected in any other way, and we never buy or rent phone lists. Consent is not a condition of selling your vehicle to us.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 5 messages per request and occasional follow-ups for up to 90 days. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or call (949) 649-3999.

Other terms

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
