Sell your salvage or rebuilt title car for cash

A salvage or rebuilt title can make a car very hard to sell. Many private buyers walk away, banks often won't finance it, and some dealers won't make an offer at all. We will. We buy salvage and rebuilt (revived salvage) title cars in Santa Ana and all of Orange County, as-is, and pay the same day.

The price we quote is the price we pay.If the car matches your description and photos, the offer does not drop at pickup.

Salvage vs. rebuilt: what we need to know

A salvage title usually means the car was reported as a total loss, most often by an insurance company after an accident, flood or theft. In California, once a salvage car is repaired and passes the required inspections, the DMV can issue a revived salvage title — what most people call a rebuilt title.

We buy both. Just tell us which one you have, and send a photo of the title if you can. If the car is a salvage that was never finished — partly repaired, or still damaged — that's fine too. Describe where the repair stopped and we'll price the car as it is today.

Why a shop pays more for a branded title

Private buyers and most dealers see a branded title and cut the price hard because they can't tell how good the repair was. We own NewGen Auto Repair, a full collision and mechanical shop next door. We can look at the work, judge what's left to do, and do it ourselves for less than it would cost most buyers.

That means we price the car on its condition and repair quality, not just on the word on the title. And the price we give you from your photos and description stays the same at pickup as long as the car matches them.

What to send for a firm offer

  • A photo of the title (front side) showing the salvage or revived salvage brand.
  • Photos of all four sides, the interior, the dashboard with the car on and the odometer.
  • For a rebuilt car: what was repaired, who did it, and any receipts or inspection paperwork you kept.
  • For an unfinished salvage: what is still damaged or missing.
  • Whether the car runs and drives. If not, we tow it free anywhere in Orange County.

How it works

  3. Get paid the same dayBring it to our Santa Ana shop or we tow it free anywhere in Orange County. Cash, cashier's check or Zelle.

  • Keys and remotes you have.

Questions sellers ask

Do you really buy salvage title cars?

Yes. Salvage and rebuilt titles are welcome. Tell us the title status up front so the offer reflects it — then there are no surprises at pickup.

My rebuilt car drives perfectly. Will you still lower the price for the title?

A branded title does affect the value of any car, and we'll be honest about that. But we also give real credit for a clean, well-done repair, which is something a lot of buyers won't do.

I bought a salvage car to fix and never finished. Can I sell it?

Yes. Many of the salvage cars we buy are unfinished projects. As long as the title is in your name, or you can show us how you got the car, tell us what's done and what's left and we'll make an offer.

How do I get paid?

The same day the paperwork is signed — cash, cashier's check or Zelle. We handle the DMV paperwork.

Ready to see what your car is worth?

It takes about a minute. No obligation, no spam — we only use your number to send the offer.
